What’s new in Tagbox.io / Share to social and new admin tools

A few new features just dropped—some small, some big, all designed to make Tagbox.io even smoother.

Let’s dive in!

1. Share to social

For you event organizers out there, we’ve added a quick way for viewers to share photos directly to LinkedIn, Facebook, X, or WhatsApp. It’s an easy way to get more engagement and reach new audiences. Paired with our FTP integration, it makes for a great real-time experience and can dramatically increase exposure.

2. New sorting options

We've introduced new ways to organize your media:

• Upload date: By default, assets are sorted by when they were added.
• Creation date: Arrange media based on when they were created.
• Alphabetical order: Organize files from A to Z.

We're also considering a custom sort feature to let you arrange files exactly how you prefer. Interested? Let us know!

3. Improved "People in Photos" management

A couple of handy updates, giving you more control:

• Archive: If you delete someone by mistake, you can now bring them back.
• "Not the right person" button: If someone was misidentified, you can now reanalyze and fix it.

4. PDF thumbnails

PDFs now show a cover image in the main view, so you can find what you need faster. This was frequently requested - sorry it took us so long!

5. Looking back at 2024 and ahead to 2025
